Sign up and become a member. Spaces are limited, so make sure to create your account today. We don't require credit checks, just some basic information about you, your landlord and co-signer.
Once you're a member, start your membership at £9.99 per month. You must have an active membership to be able to activate a Rent Break.
We need:
When you're ready, simply activate your rent break and pay the £20 activation fee that covers the required admin. We’ll pay your landlord directly, giving you the financial breathing room you need without any hassle.
Your rent is spilt in to 3 payments with the first payment 30 days from your Rent Break activation. You can pay back early to reset your Rent Break.
Once your rent break is fully repaid, your Rent Break resets, making you ready for the next time you might need us. You have complete control over when and how often you use Rent Kalma during your membership.
To use Rent Break you must first become a member, monthly membership fee start at £9.99pm
The £20 activation fee covers the admin required to validate your details and contact your landlord to make payment.
A co-signer is someone who is willing to help if you can't make the Rent Break repayments.
An AST agreement exists to protect both you, as the tenant, and the landlord and sets out the terms for you to live in the landlord's property.
Access a rent break as many times as you wish within your 12 month membership. You can activate a new one as soon as you have paid back any active rent break
You can pay your rent break back over 3 month. You can also give it back as quick as you like. The sooner its back, the sooner your rent is guaranteed again.
